We are seeking a polished and personable Front Office Executive to be the face of our hotel.
This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences in the PMS system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
Handle billing, payments, and provide detailed information about hotel services.
Maintain lobby cleanliness and ambiance, ensuring guest comfort.
Assist with concierge services including directions, transportation, and local recommendations.
Ensure security procedures are followed during guest check-in/out and throughout shifts.
Maintain daily reports, guest feedback, and shift handovers.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in front office or guest relations in a hospitality setting.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
