Coordinate sales activities within the region to achieve the agreed sales budgeted value on a monthly basis in line with the company’s objectives and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
Develop targeted sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, and support promotional efforts through presentations, trade shows, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Educate customers on product features, benefits and usage guidelines
Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets
Work strategically to increase awareness and use of the company’s products.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
