Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.)
  • Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, social media, in-person events, and partnerships
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects from interest to application
  • Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments
  • Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents, dealerships, or financial advisors
  • Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards
  • Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and present findings to management
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and campaign performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.Top of Form

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand client needs & financial objectives
  • Understanding of the financial sector
  • Experience in selling to all classes of client’s traders, low-salary earners, and corporate organizations
  • Report writing and documentation skills
  • Excellent marketing and business development skills
  • Experience in the financial sector of microlending is an added advantage.
