Job Summary
- We are seeking reliable, disciplined, and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants (Pump Attendants) to manage fuel dispensing operations, ensure accurate transactions, and provide courteous service to customers at our filling stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense petroleum products accurately and safely to customers
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Handle cash, POS, and other approved payment methods responsibly
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and product dispensing
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Keep the pump area clean, orderly, and presentable
- Report equipment faults, shortages, or incidents promptly to the Station Manager
- Adhere strictly to company policies, controls, and anti-fraud measures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO
- Must reside in any of these locations: Imo State- Ogbaku, Fed Girls Owerri OR Uga, Akokwa in Anambra
- Previous experience as a pump attendant or in a similar customer service role is an added advantage
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of honesty, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Salary
N50,000 - N65,000 per month.
