Role Overview

• Manage project-based architectural assignments from concept to site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare documentation: drawings, BOQs, specifications, revision logs.
• Liaise with clients to capture requirements and aesthetic direction.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, validate quality, and issue reports.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Architecture.
• 2–4 years post-NYSC experience in design execution and site supervision.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Familiarity with Trello, Asana, Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, client engagement, and coordination skills.
• Online portfolio showcasing executed projects is mandatory.
