Job Description

• Room Maintenance: Making beds, changing linens, replacing towels, restocking toiletries and supplies.
• Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of trash and rubbish.
• Common Areas: Maintaining cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
• Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
• Laundry: Washing, drying, and folding linens (in some roles).
• Guest/Resident Service: Responding to requests and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.
• Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
