This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at ChamsAccess.
The ideal candidate should have strong product leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of owning and scaling digital products.
This candidate should have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
Align product direction with company objectives and market opportunities
Identify growth opportunities through user research, market analysis, and data insights
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Prioritize initiatives using data, impact analysis, and strategic alignment
Continuously assess initiatives, products and features in order to identify areas for growth and expansion.
Analyze competitive landscape and customers to provide data-driven recommendations on new and existing products.
Conduct extensive research using relevant methodology to identify numerous opportunities and determine which products/features customers will be willing to pay for.
Qualifications
4-5 years of proven experience in a similar industry
Proven track record of developing, owning and scaling successful digital products
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to lead and work across cross-functional teams
