Job Description

Our client in the Energytech industry is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager, who will support operations, vendor management, pilot site coordination, documentation, and coordination across all MVP workstreams.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day MVP execution across hardware, platform, and operations
  • Track tasks, timelines, and sprint plans
  • Support vendor and installer onboarding
  • Maintain procurement logs and field operations documents
  • Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports
  • Support customer onboarding for pilot deployments
  • Maintain documentation (PRDs, SOPs, UX, contracts)
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, follow up on action items

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, or admin
  • Lagos-based & able to support occasional field visits
  •  Familiarity with Notion/Asana/Sheets is an advantage 

Must have skills

  • Strong communication & documentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, able to handle multiple work-streams
