Job Summary

  • The Restaurant/Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, staff discipline, and customer satisfaction.
  • The role involves supervising kitchen staff, coordinating service flow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen and restaurant operations
  • Coordinate kitchen staff schedules and duties
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
  • Enforce hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory, stock usage, and wastage
  • Ensure timely preparation and service of meals
  • Address operational issues and resolve staff-related challenges
  • Train, guide, and discipline kitchen staff where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Report daily operations to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant supervisory role
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
