Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for VMAX Tea & Coffee. Candidates with experience in food & beverage, QSR, or beverage chains are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and coordinate content creation.
- Organize promotional events, in-store campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Franchise, and Sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Build partnerships with local influencers, KOLs, or media for brand promotion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurant, café, or beverage chains.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in QSR chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic is an advantage.
