We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth daily operations of company technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools
Maintain IT documentation and service logs
Assist with system upgrades and deployments
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when necessary
Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies
Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields with proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role (1–3 years preferred).

Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Microsoft 365 / Office applications
Basic networking
Active Directory
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
