Job Summary
HyxiPower Nigeria Limited, a partner and branch of Off-Field Concept Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to drive sales of its solar energy solutions across B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, with proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector, and the ability to build strong client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify, prospect, and convert qualified leads into paying customers across residential, commercial, and institutional markets.
- Identify and onboard high-value clients, resellers, and channel partners to strengthen distribution networks.
- Oversee and conduct product presentations, site assessments, and solution demonstrations for key clients.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability goals.
- Support and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions, reporting to management regularly.
- Provide leadership in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in solar or renewable energy sales.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, industry trends, and customer value propositions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and leading initiatives.
- Willingness to travel locally within and outside Abuja.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales analytics.
