Job Summary
Strategic Leadership:

Sales Management:
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Design and optimize sales structures, territories, and processes
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Oversee key accounts, partnerships, and major negotiations
- Monitor pipeline performance and conversion rates
- Implement CRM systems and sales analytics
Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and manage brand positioning and messaging
- Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR, advertising)
- Drive lead generation, demand creation, and customer acquisition
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Manage product marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own revenue growth and profitability targets
- Track ROI on sales and marketing initiatives
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
:Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams
