Job Summary
We are hiring a Video Editor to support our e-commerce marketing efforts by producing high-converting short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok. This role focuses on speed, clarity, and performance. The Video Editor will work closely with media buyers and the creative team to turn raw footage and UGC into structured ad creatives optimized for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok platforms
- Transform raw footage and UGC into clear, scroll-stopping creatives
- Add hooks, captions, on-screen text, and call-to-action elements
- Produce multiple variations of creatives for testing purposes
- Implement feedback from media buyers and performance reports
- Maintain organized project files and meet turnaround timelines
Key Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND in any related field
- Proven experience editing e-commerce or performance ad creatives
- Strong understanding of short-form ad structure and conversion principles
- Ability to work quickly and deliver multiple creatives consistently
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating based on performance data
- Graphics design skills is a plus
