JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, email, and e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Create and manage content calendars and campaign schedules
- Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams
- Manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer remarketing
- Optimise website and online store listings for conversions
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends in fashion and retail
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- 2 – 5+ years experience in digital marketing (fashion/retail experience is an advantage)
- Hands-on experience with social media management and paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaigns
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
