Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or relevant training) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or production/operations.
- Proven experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience in coordinating production processes, inventory management, and quality control.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with good leadership and organisational skills.
