Material Weighing Coordinator in Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure that all loaded/empty trucks are weighed in and out.
• To mark the Halogen attendance, register when on night shift.
• To supervise the activities of the Halogen security.
• To ensure the proper documentation of the weighing bridge activities.
• Reporting all security issues to the site security supervisor.
• Effective patrol in the premise when on night duty.
• Documentation of the in & out of trucks and reporting.
• Daily monitoring of Halogen Security attendance and reporting.
• Complementing Halogen Security activities on site.
• Strict weighing of the inflow and outflow of trucks on site.
• Reporting of observation and events on site.
• Daily patrol of the premises and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• OND/HND. Humanities, Social science, Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses.
• Minimum  of 2 years work experience in a related field

Required Experience:

• Very good computer skills (especially Excel, word, power-point, and access packages)
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good in handling numbers/figures.
• Ability to spot improvement opportunities fast.
• Good time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
