Role Overview
- We are hiring a General Manager to lead operational execution across the company. This is a structured execution role focused on operational control, organizational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder interfacing.
- The General Manager reports directly to the CTO and operates under Board oversight. This role owns operations but does not own technical architecture or system authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide non-engineering operations.
- Drive milestone-based execution across deployment initiatives.
- Ensure readiness for pilots, launches, and scale.
- Establish measurable operational workflows.
- Implement reporting cadence and accountability frameworks.
- Enforce SOP compliance across functions.
- Detect execution gaps early and escalate clearly.
- Maintain operational order during growth.
- Direct management of operations, logistics and asset management, customer support, publicity and partnerships, administrative coordination, and operational finance tracking.
- Operate strictly within Board-approved budgets.
- Monitor burn rate and maintain cost discipline.
- Surface financial risks early and improve operational efficiency metrics.
- Represent operational execution in engagements with government bodies, institutional partners, and commercial stakeholders.
- Align external commitments with internal operational capacity.
