Key Responsibilities
- Support billing operations through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Generate and present insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless billing.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Assist in improving billing workflows and enhancing overall process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis or billing operations.
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (an added advantage).
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with billing systems, invoicing, and transaction logs.
- Oracle database knowledge (added advantage).
