We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our construction team. This role is fully remote and requires strong technical, coordination, and cost-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and construction.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cost reports
- Track project schedules, progress, and deliverables
- Assist in procurement planning, tender analysis, and contractor coordination
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Mark up and do take off with Bluebeam
- Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and cost control
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide timely project updates.
- Ability to draft in Vectorworks will be an added advantage, although training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project coordination and/or estimating
