Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our construction team. This role is fully remote and requires strong technical, coordination, and cost-management skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities across multiple teams and construction. 
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and cost reports
  • Track project schedules, progress, and deliverables
  • Assist in procurement planning, tender analysis, and contractor coordination
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Mark up and do take off with Bluebeam
  • Support project managers with reporting, documentation, and cost control
  • Participate in virtual meetings and provide timely project updates.
  • Ability to draft in Vectorworks will be an added advantage, although training will be provided.

Qualifications: 

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or Architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project coordination and/or estimating

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication in english and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Software Proficiency (Mandatory):

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • Sage
