Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create high-quality content (images, videos, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
Manage and grow online communities through regular engagement and prompt response to customer inquiries.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to optimize results.
Collaborate with our team to showcase our menu items, promotions, and events.
Manage and grow our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Excellent graphic design skills.
Proven ability to build impactful social strategies and manage multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and digital best practices.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
