Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Blending Supervisor in our Lubricant Plant in Ijebu Ode.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the blending operation, ensuring accurate and efficient production of high-quality lubricant products.
Responsibilities
- Supervise blending operation and personnel
- Ensure accurate and efficient production of lubricant products
- Monitor and control blending process to ensure product quality
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a blending or manufacturing environment
- Proven supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
