Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Secretary to support our logistics operations and administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups, and dispatch activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with tracking shipments and updating logistics data.
  • Perform general office duties and support daily logistics operations.
  • Multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A female is preferably needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.).
  • Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside within Ikeja or areas close to the International Airport, Ikeja.
