Job Description

  • We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Executives, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
