We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Executives, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports
Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
