Job Role

  • The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for driving student enrollment by promoting the company's partner universities and supporting prospective student throughout the admission process.

Job Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to drive student enrollment.
  • Identify and engage prospective students through online and offline channels.
  • Organize and attend education fairs, school visits, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Build partnerships with secondary schools, colleges, and other feeder institutions.
  • Maintain and grow a strong recruitment pipeline.

Promotion of Partner Universities:

  • Promote the company’s partner universities, programs, and study destinations.
  • Clearly communicate admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship options, and program benefits.
  • Stay updated on each partner institution’s offerings, deadlines, and policy changes.
  • Represent partner universities professionally at events and information sessions.

Student Advisory & Counseling:

  • Provide personalized academic and career guidance to prospective students.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions aligned with their goals.
  • Offer accurate information on visa requirements, accommodation, and travel processes (where applicable).
  • Address student inquiries promptly and professionally.

Application & Admission Support:

  • Guide students through the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Assist with completing application forms and compiling required documentation.
  • Ensure all submitted documents meet institutional standards and deadlines.
  • Track applications and provide timely updates to students.
  • Liaise with partner universities regarding admission decisions and requirements.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with admitted students until enrollment is completed.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into applications and enrollments.
  • Collect feedback from students to improve recruitment processes.

Database & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applications, and enrollments.
  • Use CRM systems to track recruitment performance and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular recruitment performance reports.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Contribute content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives aimed at student acquisition.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with partner university admission policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information.
  • Uphold ethical recruitment standards and company policies.
