Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze target markets, clients, and business opportunities for ICT products and IT solutions, in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and sales directory with clear, consistent brand messaging for the organization’s IT services.
- Design, implement, and periodically review marketing strategies and outreach plans.
- Prepare, customize, and present proposals for ICT services, digital platforms, and IT service solutions.
- Conduct scheduled marketing visits providing system demonstrations, technical explanations, and solution-oriented presentations on the organization’s ICT offerings.
- Prepare tracking mechanisms and templates for marketing activities
- Update, rebrand, and ensure effective utilization of marketing brochures, pitch decks, and digital promotional materials for ICT products.
- Plan and execute media and visibility campaigns to enhance awareness and adoption of the organization’s IT solutions.
- Manage organizational resources as a Resource Officer, specifically tracking of payments from clients start to finish using digital tracking methods.
- Track requests for payments from clients during or after project completion.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management is an added advantage.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, business in ICT technology-driven organization.
- Experience in marketing ICT products and IT solutions is highly desirable.
