- As we scale our outbound remittance operations, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development & Partnership Manager to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
- The Business Development & Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving outbound transaction growth, acquiring strategic partners, expanding distribution channels, and identifying new market opportunities.
- The ideal candidate has strong fintech, remittance, or financial services experience and a proven track record in partnership acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new agents, aggregators, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
- Drive outbound transfer volume growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies across key corridors.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Partnership Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, IMTOs, fintech partners, FX providers, and payment service providers as well as merchants.
- Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle (sourcing, onboarding, activation, optimization).
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Structure win-win commercial models that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and drive volume optimization.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop go-to-market plans for new corridors and partnership channels.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Forecast transaction volumes and revenue performance.
- Recommend pricing, incentive, and promotional strategies.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Monthly outbound transaction volume growth
- Revenue targets achieved

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 4 - 7 years’ experience in fintech, remittance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of outbound remittance and FX markets.
- Proven track record in sales, partnerships, and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with regulators, banks, or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
