Mission / Purpose of the Job:
- The Executive Assistant / Business Analyst role provides high-level executive support combined with robust business and technical analysis to enable effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
- The role supports the CEO by managing executive office operations while delivering data-driven insights, research, reporting, and analysis aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Scheduling, prioritizing, and managing complex calendars.
- Communication Management: Screening calls, emails, and mail; drafting correspondence; acting as a primary point of contact.
- Travel & Logistics: Managing all hospitality matters, including arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Meeting & Event Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing materials.
- Document & Business Planning: Provision of business support including creating reports, presentations (like PowerPoints), and other business documents.
- Project & Office Management: Provision of concierge services, including managing small projects, managing budgets, processing expenses, and maintaining office organization.
- Brand & Social Media Engagements: Participating in the design, planning, and execution of brand activation activities. Support handling of all social media activities, inclusive of corporate handles
- Research & Planning: Handling all business research as assigned by the CEO. Overseeing small projects, managing budgets, processing expenses, and maintaining office organization
Job Specifications: Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education / Business Degree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Diplomas or personal development training certifications is an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of verifiable working experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, reporting, research, and executive office management
Competencies, Skills & Attributes:
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of business analysis, performance monitoring, and executive decision support.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts.
- Understanding of corporate governance, stakeholder management, and organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
