Job Description

  • Receive and inspect all incoming supplies for quality and quantity
  • Properly store food items following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
  • Maintain accurate daily stock records (inflow and outflow)
  • Issue supplies to kitchen and service staff based on approved requisitions
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or expired items promptly
  • Prevent pilferage, spoilage, and wastage of store items
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store area
  • Work closely with kitchen and management to plan purchases
