Job Description

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Storage Product Sales Manager to oversee the end-to-end (E2E) process of customer relationship development and project implementation. The role will focus on achieving market, sales, and collection targets for IT products, including storage, HCI, servers, and other related solutions. The Product Sales Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and promoting the brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management & Project Implementation:

  • Follow up on the E2E process of customer relationship development and project implementation. Ensure the achievement of market targets, sales targets, collection targets for IT products (including storage, HCI, servers, etc.), and the overall improvement of customer relationships.

Customer Insight & IT Solutions Presentation:

  • Understand and guide customer IT requirements, gaining insight into customer pain points. Effectively present IT solutions, influence customer decision-making, and guide customers toward a willingness to purchase.

Executive Relationship Building:

  • Build and improve relationships with mid- and high-level executives. Establish exclusive relationships with customers and influence the decision-making chain. Guide and assist in the proper handling of negative events.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Determine market objectives and strategies by organizing comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, Huawei, and opportunity). Participate in developing and implementing the customer relationship plan.

Brand Establishment & Promotion:

  • Be responsible for the establishment and promotion of Huawei’s brand, ensuring it is recognized and valued in the market.

Position Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in IT, especially storage technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in sales processes.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with financial industry services, particularly banking services, and a deep understanding of bank informatization system architecture.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a solid ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
