Coordinate consultants, contractors, and site teams
Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and compliance
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Provide progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements
15–20 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Certification with the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria preferred
Membership of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Building, or Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is an advantage
