We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
- Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate property presentations, inspections, and negotiations with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate quality leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 6 years proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of property sales processes, documentation, and negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
