Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective real estate sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
  • Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Coordinate property presentations, inspections, and negotiations with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate quality leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • 6 years proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of property sales processes, documentation, and negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
