Role Overview
- The Partnerships & Programme Sales Officer supports revenue growth at Health Business Academy for Africa by developing and managing institutional relationships and converting programme opportunities into confirmed enrolments and partnerships.
- This role is consultative and relationship-driven, focused on institutions and senior decision-makers rather than high-volume retail selling.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional & Programme Sales:
- Drive sales of HBA programmes to:
- hospitals and healthcare groups
- diagnostics and pharma companies
- HMOs and healthtechs
- professional associations and institutions
- Sell cohort seats (bulk), customised programmes, and executive intensives
- Identify and qualify potential institutional partners
- Identify and qualify potential institutional partners
- Prepare proposals and follow through to closure
- Provide weekly pipeline and revenue updates
- Maintain relationships post-sale to encourage repeat business
Requirements
Experience:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or professional services
- Prior exposure to healthcare, education, consulting, or corporate services is an advantage
- Comfortable engaging senior executives and decision-makers
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
