Responsibilities
- Manage property transactions and documentation
- Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection
- Draft and review contracts, deeds, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with land and property laws
- Write legal articles and create simplified real estate legal content
- Support marketing and sales teams with legally accurate content
Requirements
- LL.B & BL; called to the Nigerian Bar with 5–7 years post-call experience in real estate/property law
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills
- Experience in legal content or article writing is an added advantage
- Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property perfection
