  • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in corporate event planning and sponsorship acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to completion while securing sponsorships and partnerships to support event objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate events (conferences, launches, executive meetings, activations, etc.)
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Drive sponsorship strategy, prepare proposals, and secure funding
  • Identify and negotiate with sponsors and corporate partners
  • Manage vendors, internal teams, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
  • Prepare post-event and sponsorship performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven corporate event management and sponsorship experience
  • Strong budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
