We are seeking accomplished Lead Process Engineers to provide technical leadership in process design, optimization, and operational excellence across upstream, midstream, and downstream facilities. The successful candidates will serve as technical authorities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant process systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering design activities.
Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances, and equipment sizing.
Perform steady-state and dynamic simulations.
Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and LOPA studies.
Identify debottlenecking and optimization opportunities.
Support commissioning and start-up activities.
Interface with EPC contractors, operations teams, and clients.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements:
B.Eng./B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering.
COREN registration (or eligibility).
Minimum 10–15 years’ relevant experience in oil & gas/process industries.
Strong experience in gas processing, refineries, petrochemicals, or LNG.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, AVEVA Process Simulation).
Strong understanding of API, ASME, and international engineering standards.
Demonstrated leadership and project coordination capability.
