We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to manage and execute various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff administration. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for pharmacy staff including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, addressing queries, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain HR records, manage attendance and leave.
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and staff development initiatives.
Support in implementing HR policies tailored to a retail pharmacy setting.
Coordinate staff scheduling and workforce planning as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and recruitment processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
