As the Product VP, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for Trust Wallet. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development and security teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience while driving product innovation in the fast-evolving Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features.
Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative product solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate best practices for security and privacy.
Manage and mentor a high-performing product team focused on Web3 technologies and user-centric design.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech products.
Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody principles, and blockchain security.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
