Job Summary
- The Digital Marketer at Sylvastar Group is responsible for developing and executing high-performance digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, drive property inspections, and convert prospects into subscribers and investors.
- All digital efforts — including paid ads, email marketing, and organic campaigns — must contribute directly to measurable lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Ensure all campaigns are optimized specifically for lead generation (form submissions, WhatsApp inquiries, calls, inspection bookings).
- Develop structured sales funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Reduce cost per lead (CPL) while maintaining high-quality prospects.
Email Marketing & Newsletter Management:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and client retention.
- Create and send regular newsletters highlighting:
- New property launches
- Estate development updates
- Promotional offers
- Investment opportunities
- Company milestones
- Segment email lists for targeted campaigns (new leads, existing subscribers, investors, prospects).
- Design automated email sequences for:
- New lead onboarding
- Inspection reminders
- Payment follow-ups
- Re-engagement campaigns
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Social Media Management & Brand Visibility:
- Manage and grow all company social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Media and Content Team to produce:
- Property showcase videos
- Client testimonials
- Estate updates
- Promotional campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Lead Tracking & Sales Alignment:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up on all digital leads.
- Track conversion stages:
- Lead → Inspection
- Inspection → Subscription
- Subscription → Payment completion
- Ensure proper CRM integration for tracking and accountability.
Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management:
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering:
- Qualified leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Email open and conversion rates
- Conversion rates across funnel stages
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Revenue generated from digital campaigns
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly and transparently.

- Monthly qualified lead target
- Cost per lead benchmark
- Lead-to-inspection conversion rate

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- CRM systems
- SEO and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
