Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and organized General Assistant to provide all-round support within our growing digital media company. This role includes a mix of office tasks and occasional domestic assistance to the Managing Director.
  • The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, proactive, computer literate, and ready to take initiative as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including handling correspondence, scheduling, and basic documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and errands.
  • Support domestic tasks for the MD as required (e.g. organizing, shopping).
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in work and assigned domestic areas.
  • Help with basic data entry and use of email, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Run personal and official errands as directed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of S.S.C.E qualification (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet use).
  • Must be trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good personal hygiene and respectful demeanor.
  • Proximity to the job location in Lagos is an added advantage.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in administrative assistant roles.
  • Familiarity with supporting domestic/home-related tasks.
