Manufacturing Equipment Operator at Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing or packaging machinery.
• Ensure machines are properly set up for production runs.
• Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Detect and report mechanical faults or malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Accurately complete production logs and reports.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets.
• Set up machine/equipment for operation.
• Start machine/equipment and make adjustments to machine when necessary to improve performance.
• Ensure all processes are done under strictGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / Technical Certificate or its equivalent.
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical operations and machine maintenance.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, or extended hours if required.
• Good Communication Skill, Attention to details, Analytical and numerical skills i.e. ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
