Maintenance Manager at Sochi Foods Limited

The core responsibility for this position is to set up, maintain and manage an effective and proactive plant and fleet technical maintenance system for a large-scale cassava-based food organization. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all equipment and machinery within the manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance staff, develop and implement maintenance plans, and work to minimize downtime and production disruptions. This role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing maintenance processes to control costs.

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Manager for a minimum of 3 years
• Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of engineering and technology​
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
