Actively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new depositors and increase the bank's deposit base.
Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote deposit products and services to potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assess customers' financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to recommend suitable deposit products.
Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various deposit products to customers, ensuring they understand the offerings.
Process deposit account applications, complete required documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Meet assigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization , retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
Flexibility to carry out any other task as requested by Management.
