Position Overview
A reputable law firm in Portharcourt is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Lawyer with at least 7 years of post-call experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional advisory skills, and a proven track record of managing complex legal issues including but not limited to: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and other legal documents. Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage disputes. Conduct legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting the company. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk. Mentor and supervise junior legal staff.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 7 years of post-call experience.
