Main task Support to operationnals :
- Centralization of any mobilization request for local / contracted staff / demobilization and monitoring of the local / contracted staff per OTP / department,
- Monitor the relevant legislation in the social sphere and inform all managers of any change that may impact the company,
- Carry out economic, legal and social monitoring (monitoring the HR strategies of companies in the sector),
- Prepare the annual review for salary increases and assist MD for any review of conditions of services,
- Conduct any disciplinary or dismissal proceedings,
- Conduct any relation with unions / community,
- Propose and define rules of procedure for the company or amend it if needs,
- Define with operational as per yearly evaluation results any training plan that need to be implemented and prepare a budget in line with such actions.
- Define, manage and implement the recruitment policy according to the nee,s of the services,
- Prepare the monthly dashboard for management,
- Provide on a weekly basis, an update of headcounts. Deploy local procedures:
- With the support of PF Group & management, conduct a survey and deploy all procedures that HR Dept. needs,
- Ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures,
- Conduct a yearly review of the procedures implemented. Communication with Head Office:
- Ensure regular HR reporting to the Group HR department,
- Follow up of any request from Group HR department linked to any duty under HR perimeters whatever it comes from Group HR department or another Group department. Payroll & Personnel Management
- Collect all documents prior to employment contract as per procedure,
- Prepare all mandatory documents in terms of personnel management (employment contracts, social security contributions, etc.), organize the medical visit & all requested test.
- Maintain employee files up to date (follow up of any medical test, offshore certificate, driver’s license…,
- Supervise payroll administration and personnel management and supervise the dedicated team,
- Follow up of the time sheet, leaves…
- Review with head of department, management & project team, on a regular basis, the allocation of headcount per OTP/ department,
- Organize the follow up of annual leave and ensure that the data are accurate within the payroll software,
- Document & control the payroll software and ensure that the version is up to date and compliant with any applicable social / tax regulation. Internal and external communication
- Ensure, lead and facilitate internal communication in the company in an interface role between management and employees,
- Maintain a positive social climate and develop a corporate culture by ensuring active and confidential listening to employees and participating in the development of their motivation,
- Prepare and distribute any HR perimeter memo,
- Ensure that the regulatory display (HR) is present and up to date. Take stock of the missing items with the HSE / QAQC teams if necessary.
- Boost the company's external communication (promotion of the employer brand, etc.).
