Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, proactive, and articulate individual with a medical or healthcare background to join our team as a Healthcare Business & Projects Associate.
  • This role combines project coordination, research, and client engagement with technical support for our healthcare equipment supply and infrastructure solutions. (In-depth sales experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct research on medical technologies, suppliers, and policy trends.
  • Draft compelling reports, proposals, presentations, and memos for clients and government stakeholders.
  • Support client engagement and communication for ongoing and prospective projects.
  • Liaise with technical teams and contractors during installation and upgrade projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is up to date.Maintain a structured system for tracking deliverables, timelines, and compliance.
  • Support business development initiatives with research, insights, and proposal inputs.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related health/medical field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, consulting, equipment, or project roles.
  • Experience in the public sector, donor programs, or private healthcare delivery is a plus. (Indepth sales experirnce)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical thinking.
  • Project coordination and task management skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism in engaging high-level stakeholders.
