Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, and articulate individual with a medical or healthcare background to join our team as a Healthcare Business & Projects Associate.
- This role combines project coordination, research, and client engagement with technical support for our healthcare equipment supply and infrastructure solutions. (In-depth sales experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct research on medical technologies, suppliers, and policy trends.
- Draft compelling reports, proposals, presentations, and memos for clients and government stakeholders.
- Support client engagement and communication for ongoing and prospective projects.
- Liaise with technical teams and contractors during installation and upgrade projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is up to date.Maintain a structured system for tracking deliverables, timelines, and compliance.
- Support business development initiatives with research, insights, and proposal inputs.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related health/medical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, consulting, equipment, or project roles.
- Experience in the public sector, donor programs, or private healthcare delivery is a plus. (Indepth sales experirnce)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical thinking.
- Project coordination and task management skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Professionalism in engaging high-level stakeholders.
