Job Summary

  • The Sales Merchandiser / Secondary Sales Representative will be responsible for driving secondary sales, ensuring product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and supporting distributors to achieve optimal market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute effective merchandising activities across assigned outlets
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding
  • Drive secondary sales through retailer engagement and relationship management
  • Support distributors in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor stock levels at retail points and ensure timely replenishment
  • Collect market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor information
  • Maintain accurate daily sales and activity reports
  • Ensure adherence to company merchandising and sales standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, secondary sales, or the FMCG field sales
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of Lekki sales routes is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: ₦120,000
  • Transport Allowance: ₦60,000 – ₦80,000
  • Commission available upon meeting sales targets.
