Job Summary
- The Sales Merchandiser / Secondary Sales Representative will be responsible for driving secondary sales, ensuring product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and supporting distributors to achieve optimal market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute effective merchandising activities across assigned outlets
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding
- Drive secondary sales through retailer engagement and relationship management
- Support distributors in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor stock levels at retail points and ensure timely replenishment
- Collect market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor information
- Maintain accurate daily sales and activity reports
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising and sales standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, secondary sales, or the FMCG field sales
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of Lekki sales routes is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross Salary: ₦120,000
- Transport Allowance: ₦60,000 – ₦80,000
- Commission available upon meeting sales targets.
