Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and organized Domestic Assistant to provide all-round support within our growing digital media company.
- This role includes a mix of office tasks and occasional domestic assistance to the Managing Director.
- The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, proactive, computer literate, and ready to take initiative as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including handling correspondence, scheduling, and basic documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day domestic operations and errands.
- Support domestic tasks as required (e.g.organizing, shopping).
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned domestic areas.
- Help with basic data entry and use of email, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
- Run errands as directed.
Requirements
- Minimum of S.S.C.E qualification
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet use).
- Must be trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Good personal hygiene and respectful demeanor.
- Proximity to the job location in Lagos is an added advantage.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in administrative assistant roles.
- Familiarity with supporting domestic/home-related tasks.
