Job Summary 

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our real estate firm and support property sales through effective online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, ads)
• Run and optimize paid ads for lead generation
• Respond to online inquiries and pass qualified leads to sales team
• Track and report campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads
• Ability to generate quality leads, not just engagement
• Basic graphic/video editing skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work from the office (Ogba).
