Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and execute campaigns that grow brand awareness and engagement.
- This role is ideal for someone who can think outside the box, work independently, and manage influencer relationships end-to-end.
- The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, collaborate with content creators, and design campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and manage influencers across social media platforms
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content aligned with the brand vision
- Develop creative concepts, captions, and campaign strategies that are innovative and relevant
- Monitor campaign performance and report insights for optimization
- Maintain clear timelines, briefs, and deliverables with influencers
- Stay updated on trends and competitor activity to inform campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience running influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media trends and creative storytelling
- Ability to identify influencers who align with brand goals and audience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Ability to translate influencer content into broader marketing campaigns
- Comfortable leading projects from concept to execution.
